A plan to build a workshop and storage units in Martley has been put forward.
The application is for a change of use at Laugherne Villa in Worcester Road.
The land is currently used as part of a transport yard and another part of the site already has permission for the construction of a “sizeable building” according to the application.
The proposal, which would include car and cycle parking as well as electric vehicle charging points, is for units that could be suitable for storage or to house start-up businesses.
