King Edward VI Balaam Wood Academy students explored construction careers during National Careers Week at Bloor Homes' Elgar Park development.
Hosted by Bloor Homes’ Western regional managing director, Steve Roberts, the visit showcased the practical skills and employment opportunities in the sector.
Mr Roberts said: "We believe that we can encourage other businesses to give young people at the school an opportunity to have a hands-on experience of the workplace if we lead from the front."
A repeat visit is planned for the summer.
