There will be some family fun at Hanbury Hall this Easter.

The Worcestershire attraction near Droitwich Spa will host an Easter trail every day from Saturday, March 23 to Sunday, April 7, from 9am to 4pm.

The event incorporates folklore and traditions into a range of activities for the whole family to enjoy.

There will be a chance to learn Morris Dancing, make music a 'Wassailing' station, and compete in a wheelbarrow race.

There will be ten stations dispersed across the parkland where families can complete activities and collect a chocolate egg at the finish line - or a vegan and Free From chocolate egg.

The cost is £3, which includes a trail sheet, a take-home activity, Easter egg and a pair of bunny ears.

Indoor attractions are also aplenty at Hanbury Hall.

It's a chance to explore 300 years of history through the hall's spectacular wall and ceiling art.

There will be a new display about Easter and flowers, and join in the fun of spotting knitted chicks tucked away in the historic rooms.

Art enthusiasts will enjoy the Long Gallery's new exhibit featuring the Artists of Worcestershire for a chance to admire landscapes in oils and watercolour, vibrant work in pastels, as well as pencil work.

Don't forget to stroll through the Formal Gardens laden with daffodils and enjoy the sight of pastel pink blossoms burdening fruit trees and take a stroll through the Orchard and Cedar Walk, as well as catching the Parterre ribbon border coming to life.

Look out for lambs leaping in the parkland, a sure sign of spring's arrival.

After exploring, families can refuel at one of the on-site eateries, the Courtyard Kitchen restaurant, or the dog-friendly Stables Café for hot meals, children's meals, Easter treats and drinks.

The second-hand bookshop has an array of comforting classic books, children's reads, and intriguing puzzles, with donations going towards the upkeep of Hanbury Hall.

To make the most of the experience, planners recommend avoiding peak times between 10.30am and 2pm.

More information and opening times are available on Hanbury Hall's website.
