A HGV parked on an industrial estate in Worcestershire has been broken into and had contents worth up to £30,000 stolen.

The theft happened on the Berry Hill Industrial Estate in Droitwich between 10.30pm on Tuesday (April 9) and 6.15am on Wednesday morning (10 April).

The orange HGV and trailer was parked up on Long Bank on the industrial estate when it was broken into and had contents worth up to £30,000 taken.

It is believed that a forklift and another lorry may have been used to move the items.

Police are now appealing for anyone who may have information in relation to the theft overnight on Tuesday (9 April) into Wednesday (10 April).

They are asking for anyone who may have seen any suspicious activity in the area during the time the theft happened or for anyone who has information that would help with their enquiries to get in touch.
