For having to put up with a screaming dervish about 9.45 on Friday night!! Fuelled by red wine, the news that the Warriors had beaten current Premiership Champions Sale 18 – 12 precipitated an ecstatic and very noisy response. I hasten to add that I was on my own which is why the volume went up to maximum and then some!

It didn’t help that I had several texts and phone calls from Warriors supporters at the game, telling me we had won and the team was fantastic and Dale Rasmussen is the best and, and, and… well you get the picture, we were all a bit pleased…..
To cap a very good weekend for the Warriors, last weeks victims, Bath, beat Northampton Saints so it’s a 2 horse race now to see who stays in the Guinness Premiership next season. Worcester are now 1 point behind Saints, who have a game in hand, away at Bristol (who are having a bit of a shaky time at the mo). Next week the Newcastle Falcons visit Sixways and I will be on my way to Austria!!! Not fair!! Well I know it’s a holiday and all that but I want to go to the game as well. Still I can rely on my daughter, Jen to keep me up to date on the score.
It’s been a surreal week all in all, Warriors beating Bath for the first time, first win at home, starting a new job, Warriors beating Sale away for the first time, only being 1 point behind with 4 games to play…. Not going to have any fingernails left come the end of April at this rate..

COME ON YOU WARRIORS!!!!!

P.S is this a good advert for relegation and promotion or what!!!!????
