Rico Gear is here in Worcester!! It is just quite surreal, I really can’t quite get my head around the fact one of the world’s best wingers is going to pull on a Warriors shirt in the
very near future. We have had some very good signings, who are all now here and fit. But Rico is the most impressive. Along with Sam Tuitupou things could get very very interesting at Sixways.
Seeing them both do a Haka on the Sixways turf made my spine tingle, it’s just not the sort of thing one would expect to see in the middle of rural England at all! So I will off to watch the
Warriors on Saturday against G.R.A.N Parma in the hope of a big win and a chance to see Rico and Sam play for the first time in a Warriors shirt.
A very young side played against London Irish on Sunday and scored 5 tries but shipped 7. But it was good to get some experience for some of the very talented young players at Sixways.
But back to Rico, Sam and the others… I will be even louder this weekend guys…. This is where the season gets better!!!!
