A MAN has been taken to hospital with serious head injuries after a crash in Malvern.
Police say the man was injured in the town centre at about 3pm today, in a crash involving five vehicles - including a bus.
Officers say that despite the seriousness of his injuries, the man was talking and conscious at the scene.
He has since been taken to Worcester Royal Hospital for treatment to serious head and abdominal injuries.
The vehicles involved are a grey Rover 820, Toyota Celica, a black Ford Fiesta, a silver Seat and a First Midlands Bus.
Two ambulances and an emergency care practitioner were sent to the scene, and the driver of the car believed to have hit the man was treated by the roadside. He did not need hospital treatment.
