DROITWICH singer Charlie Green, who took part in this year’s Britain’s Got Talent competition, will be singing again at a summer fete tomorrow.
Charlie, 11, from Coppice Way, Droitwich, narrowly missed a place in the TV contest’s final last month.
He will sing at the fete at 3pm and 4pm in Dorset House, in Blackfriars Avenue, while the Air cadets band will also provide entertainment at 3.30pm.
The fete will also feature a children’s fancy dress competition at 2.30pm and craft stalls, refreshments and a barbecue.
The fete, due to be held between 2pm and 4.30pm, has been organised by staff and by the newly reformed Friends of Dorset House.
Community fundraiser Alison Clark said: “We are really looking forward to the fete and we’re delighted that Charlie and the Air cadets band have agreed to perform.”
