ANYONE who saw a teenager with pink paint on his trousers in Worcester on Wednesday has been asked to contact police.
Officers want to talk to the youth who was left with the paint down his trouser leg after he and three other boys, aged between 15 and 17, were seen throwing pots of paint.
The youths were seen throwing the paint in Quay Street, down the steps at St Andrew’s Gardens, at the rear of Worcester College of Technology, between 7.05pm and 7.10pm.
A witness challenged the group which then left in the direction of Copenhagen Street.
PC Lee Palmer, investigating, said: “This mindless vandalism shows a total lack of respect by these people for their environment or the damage caused.”
He urged anyone who knows anything about the incident to contact police on 08457 444 888, quoting 702/S/160708, or to call Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.
