A GIRL was airlifted to hospital this afternoon after she fell off a horse in Malvern.
The County Air Ambulance was dispatched from Strensham to a farm off Blackmore Park Road, near Malvern Wells, shortly before 3pm.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: “The girl had fallen to the ground after riding a horse.
“The girl, believed to be in her early teens, suffered back and shoulder pain.”
The spokeswoman said crews immobilised the girl as a precaution using a neck collar and spinal board before she was flown to Worcestershire Royal Hospital for further assesment and treatment.
