Feel great helping charity shop

COFFEE lovers will have the chance to enjoy a good cuppa along with raising money for charity.

The two Worcester Oxfam shops are joining forces for a special Coffee Morning to be held at the city’s Guildhall on Friday.

The event, which begins at 9.30am, will raise money for Oxfam’s programmes in the third world.

Volunteer deputy manager, Maureen Cooper, said: “This is an opportunity for people to support Oxfam in their work. As well as tea and coffee, with cakes or mince pies there will be a tombola, cakes and many bargains on offer.

"There will also be a chance to see the new Oxfam Unwrapped catalogue with it's wide range of presents ranging from a camel to text books for a school in Africa.

"A great range of gifts for the person who has everything - they get a card, a fridge magnet and the feel-good factor,” she added.
