Your Worcester News has teamed up with Browns Restaurant to offer readers the chance to win a pair of tickets to the venue’s forthcoming Sportman’s Luncheon, with special guest Phil ‘Tuffers’ Tuffnell.

The event, on Thursday, October 30, will be compèred by Pat Murphy from BBC Radio 5 Live.

The winner will enjoy a pair of tickets to the event, including limited exclusive preview tickets to have pre-lunch drinks with Phil Tuffnell and Pat Murphy, and other invitees. They will then be treated to a sumptuous three-course lunch on the top table, with the chance to chat to Phil and Pat, and enjoy Tuffers’ post dinner stories about his time as an England and county cricketer, as well as his TV career in I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here and captain on Question Of Sport. Photos will be taken on the day in association with the Worcester News. The total value of the prize is £200.

Owner Richard Everton said: “The Phil Tuffnell luncheon is part of Browns’ focus on hosting premium events while serving fine-quality regional produce. Following our 2 AA Rosette Award earlier this year, we have been keen to keep our prices accessible.

“This competition with the Worcester News is a bit of a thank you to readers who have been very supportive during our flooding and in recent months have certainly continued their support through dining at lunches and evenings.”
