ALL phone lines to Malvern Hills District Council were out of action yesterday afternoon due to a fault.
The council’s phone lines were affected by a fault most of the day but people wishing to contact the council were being directed to the Worcestershire Hub but by 4pm that line had gone down too.
Council leader Serena Croad said she believed it was due to a fault with the BT line and hoped everything would be back to normal today.
