FLAMENCO dancing and tasty omelettes were the flavour of the week at Kempsey Primary School, near Worcester. Pupils celebrated all things Spanish during a five-day ‘virtual’ trip.
They prepared for departure by making suitcases before taking part in a ‘flight’ piloted by headteacher Adrian Osborne. They returned to their classrooms, themed as Spanish cities. A dance company held a flamenco workshop and a languages teacher gave Spanish classes.
Other activities included children making Spanish omelettes and writing city guides.
