WORCESTERSHIRE County Council has produced a new map directing cyclists through the roads between Pershore and Worcester.
The map has been produced by officers at County Hall and follows an attractive 10-mile route linking Pershore with Worcester via a mixture of quiet lanes and off-road cycle paths.
As well as providing cyclists and families with a pleasant recreational route, the map highlights commuting links to schools and businesses.
By following the signposted route, which follows National Cycle Routes 44 and 45, cyclists can complete a one- way trip.
Pershore Abbey, Croome Landscape Park and Worcester Cathedral are all within easy reach of the route.
Councillor Derek Prodger, cabinet member for transport and safe environment, said: "This new map provides Worcestershire residents with the perfect opportunity to explore this part of the county.
