UPTON-upon-Severn is hosting its first continental market this month.
On Friday, July 24, the town’s riverside will be transformed into a bustling market place with professional traders from France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Holland and Poland. Wearing traditional costumes, they will be selling European products including pungent cheeses, leather handbags and children’s toys.
Most of the goods will made from local products using traditional methods.
The event will also run on Saturday, July 25.
