A GROUP of Worcestershire musicians are raising cash for a worthy cause next month.
Malvern Hills District Brass Band will be staging their annual Christmas charity concert at the Huntingdon Hall on Saturday, December 5, in aid of the Macmillan Cancer Support.
Administration secretary Jenny Cobley said: “We hope to raise as much for Macmillan as we did for the Air Ambulance last year - or even more if we can.
“The concert will again be along the lines of last time, but instead of our own cornet playing soprano, we have a cornet player’s son singing for us - boy soprano Harry George.”
The concert is entitled Christmas Pudding and tickets are available from Huntingdon Hall box office on 01905 611427.
