PUPILS at Worcester’s new Tudor Grange Academy are preparing for their first big production.
They are staging A Modern Cinderella from tonight until Saturday when there will be a special Oscar performance during which the audience will be treated to canapes and red-carpet treatment.
The production stars pupils of all ages and Jenna Butler, head of performing arts, said: “We have gone to quite a lot of trouble with this. It’s our first big school production as Tudor Grange so it’s important it makes an impact.”
Tickets, available from the school, cost £3.50 for weekday performances and £5 for Saturday.
For more information call the school on 01905 454627.
Tudor Grange opened on the site of Elgar Technology College in Bilford Road, Worcester, in September.
