A CONTROVERSIAL Islamic group has announced plans to march through the town of Wootton Bassett in the coming weeks.

Islam4UK says it will protest in the Wiltshire town in memory of Muslims "murdered in the name of democracy and freedom".

The town has become famous the world over for honouring British soldiers killed in Afghanistan as they return to home soil.

The news has caused uproar - mainly because of the location of the protest, but some say that in a democratic country people should be able to be heard without fear.

What do you think? Should the protest be allowed to go ahead in the interests of free speech, or should it be stopped?
