There is an alternative to pain

WORKSHOPS will explore the nature of pain and how people cope with it.

Body Journeys will begin at Wholehealth at The Fold in Bransford on Wednesday, March 17, at 7pm, led by Paul Bradley.

The workshops will look into the causes of pain, different types of pain, how people manage it, and those which can benefit from complementary medicine.

The evenings will be guided by holistic massage therapist Sarah Cohen and Craniosacral Therapist Jane Cox.

Each week they will be joined by other leaders in their own field.

• Wednesday, March 17 : Paul Bradley The Egoscue Method. The simplicity and wisdom of postural alignment.

• Wednesday, April 14: Andy Fagg, Massage and Bodywork. The Connection of Touch.

• Wednesday, May 12 : Fran Robinson. Shiatsu. Touching Ki (Chi) - Opening the pathways to change.

• Wednesday, June 9: Sheila Kean : Craniosacral Therapy Deep into stillness

• Wednesday, July 7: Christine Steward : Medical Herbalist. The earth’s wisdom on our body.
