Hereford's historic Castle Green is the venue for a competition to find the best local pavement Picassos.
This event for budding artists, aged four to 18, is on Saturday, at 2pm, with prizes for each age group and the overall winner going on to the national young pavement artist competition.
Mayor of Hereford, Councillor Marcelle Lloyd-Hayes will be judging at 3.30pm and prizes will be awarded at 4pm.
A pitch is £1, with chalks supplied. Charcoal can be used but artists need to bring their own. Monies raised will go to YPAC, to support children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
Entrants will draw on an environment theme.
