JUST a quick note to let you know that the letter of mine that you published recently has had an astounding result with regards to my bus pass. I went in to see if they could change it and it was ready for me straight away!
They had seen my letter, and were ready to hand it over to me. Apparently lots of other people have been in to change theirs too.
The amount of people who have stopped me in the street and said what a fantastic letter it was has amazed me, I didn't realise how many youngsters like myself, it affected in some way. We might be young but we're certainly not miserable with it! Up the young, lovely and disabled people!
