THE spring concert of Stourport Choral and Operatic Society has been postponed due to circumstances beyond its control, it has been announced.
The show, which was due to take place at Kidderminster Town Hall on Saturday, April 30 will now take place in the autumn.
The postponement follows the death of Grace Evans, the mother of the choir's musical director, Judith Standing, .
As reported in last week's Shuttle/Times and News, Mrs Evans had a huge influence on the group and had helped to elect the music for the postponed concert.
