TWO contrasting comedians are set to tickle the audience's ribs down at the Birmingham's Glee Club, in Hurst Street, on Tuesday, August 2.
Camp funnyman Alan Carr and smooth-talking Chris Addison are set to test their funniest material on the audience.
Addison, who was nominated for the Edinburgh Festival's Perrier best newcomer award in 2002, delivers his scathing wit with a softly spoken voice.
The comic has lent his talents to TV show's liks BBC1's Revolver and Harry Hill's TV Burp on ITV.
Carr has been dubbed the successor to Frankie Howerd's crown as the sharpest and campest, comedy observer around.
Tickets for the show, which also includes a sample of some of the comedy at the Edinburgh Festival, cost £8. To book, call 0870 241 5093.
