I recently attended Evesham Hospital for keyhole surgery on my left knee. The service I received was excellent. My wife and I are very worried that this facility will be taken from Evesham.

The alternative proposal is to move this service to a private clinic at Kidderminster Hospital 35 miles away from our home.

My wife cannot drive, public transport to Kidderminster would be virtually impossible and Taxi service would be prohibitively expensive.

Evesham has a very good community hospital, but with a growing local population, the facilities should be expanded not cut.

We are one of the richest countries in the world there should be absolutely no need to have third rate health facilities.
