NUMBER 8's fourth season has opened for bookings with a host of live events to take advantage of.

The Pershore venue will welcome performers from the Hatstand Opera, African and contemporary dance group, ACE Dance and Music, and the Japanese Drummers.

Films programmed for the new season include Wallace and Gromit's new feature length movie, Curse of the Were-Rabbit (U), The Chronicles of Narnia and Judi Dench's new film Mrs Henderson Presents.

Creative courses are also on offer in directing skills, auditioning and make-up.

The courses are led by local production company, Kayelle and professional make-up company Maximum Effect.

Children are not forgotten at Number 8 with samba drumming workshops, arts and crafts and a production of Tiger Trail by children's theatre company Moby Duck.
