IN three quarters of an hour four trees were cut down on our estate. No warning was given to any of the residents. When I approached the tree surgeon, he said residents had complained because leaves and berries were falling on their cars!
Rooftop Housing Association have promised to replace the trees with smaller ones. We shall see ...
I feel angry and sad. When are we going to get our priorities right? Five minutes to clean a car, ten minutes to cut down a tree. Whoever authorised this - shame on you!
