The network of re-aqua salons across the UK ensure that their clients are offered top quality treatments to enhance well-being as well as beauty, and re-aqua Hagley is no exception, providing a wide range of cosmetic and holistic therapies.

Clients can book into the quiet, friendly salon for treatments ranging from colonic hydrotherapy and Clarins facials to aromatherapy and Hopi ear candles, while a selection of specially-tailored packages are also available to suit various occasions. re-aqua is currently offering a holiday package, including a body scrub, massage, wrap and facial for just £55.

Bridal pamper packages help you to relax and look beautiful before your big day, or try something new with a makeover with skincare advice. Mums-to-be can book therapeutic treatments designed for different stages of pregnancy.

Parties can also be arranged at the salon - celebrate a birthday, hen night or the end of a hard week at work by enjoying relaxing treatments with a group of friends.

re-aqua believe that it's never too early to start learning about good skincare, and the re-aqua Girls package allows young ladies aged 12 and over to experience a fun makeover plus advice about looking after their skin for life. However, the salon is definitely not just for girls - there are plenty of treatments specifically aimed at men.

"We do have quite a lot of male clients," says manager Clare Griffiths, aware that the concept of lengthy treatments at a beauty salon can be off-putting for men. "With the Men's Select packages, men can relax and read the newspaper while they have a pedicure, or have a back massage for an hour - they find that the salon really isn't too 'girlie'!"

As well as the packages, which include a create-your-own option, re-aqua offers a vast range of other treatments - the latest development is semi-permanent makeup, which frees you from having to wear regular cosmetics every day, and is applied by specialist Pam Andrews. "It's made from vegetable dye, and lasts from two to five years," explains Clare. "It's like a non-invasive tattoo, and can be used for corrective or enhancement purposes."

Another new treatment is the hot wax, which Clare describes as an old method in a new formula. She says it is less painful than warm wax, and more effective on shorter hair, as well as leaving the skin feeling less sensitive. re-aqua also provides the Intense Pulse Light Hair Removal system, which gives similar results to laser treatment and works best on darker hair.

The Hagley branch became a re-aqua salon five years ago, becoming one of 30 in the UK and three in the Midlands. However, as Clare points out, it has been offering a high calibre service for over 20 years, a fact recognised by the National Beauty Awards where it won UK Salon of the Year on several occasions.
