WORCESTER

The city of Worcester is one that is on the up and recent work carried out on the High Street and riverside has turned it into a breathtaking spectacle at night. During the day visitors can sample the many shops and restaurants in the area as well as the Commandery, once the headquarters of Charles 1 during the Civil War, the famous porcelain factory or the Cathedral that looks over the historic city.

CHELTENHAM, GLOUCESTER AND TEWKESBURY

About half an hour away is the spa town of Cheltenham famous for its Regency buildings, vast shopping centre and busy nightlife, along the streets of Montpellier and in the centre of town. Just a bit further up the road is Gloucester where visitors can treat themselves to a look around the Cathedral, the famous historic docks and many museums that are dotted around the city.

Tewkesbury is another of the small riverside towns that make up the local area and a visit to the Abbey would not go amiss. Another ideal place for a day out.

MALVERN

Any visitor to Malvern is guaranteed to have a lively time if they try one of the various routes across the famous Malvern Hills. The views from the hill are breathtaking and there is even the chance to pick up some Malvern Spring water if you take the right walk. The town itself is an interesting little place and plenty of attractions can be looked at including tributes to composer Edward Elgar who was born in the town.

WARWICK

Interesting nooks and crannies and individual shops abound in its pretty streets, all of which provide a popular day out for tourists on a trip to Warwick. Home to its famous magnificent castle, Warwick, is also rich in history and architecture.
