IRISH crooner Peter Corry will be joined by the world's first opera girl band Milan for an evening of show stopping music at Dudley Concert Hall.

The 'Magical Rhythms of Ireland' concert takes place on September 30 at 8pm.

Irish-born singer Peter Corry has travelled the globe with his unique sound and timeless classics.

The star act's wide spanning career has seen him perform as Dean Martin in the Rat Pack and Inspector Javert in Les Miserables.

He also starred in Night of 1000 Stars at the Royal Albert Hall and performed the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber.

More recently, Peter was honoured to be asked to perform at George Best's funeral.

Having earned himself the honourable title of 'Master of the Musicals' he said he wanted to take the music of Les Miserables to the people.

Performing alongside him are Milan, the world's first opera girl band consisting of four talented sopranos from four different nations.

The "Spice Girls" of opera, they present a unique fusion of opera and dance music, bringing soprano style vocals to a younger audience with modern dance routines.

Taking opera classics like Habanera, they transform them into shiny new dance tracks for the 21st century.
