MALVERN'S Margaret Bramford is celebrating the success of her new book Overbury, Queen of Villages.
Margaret was born in the Cotswold village and her book recounts childhood memories of paraffin lamps and the early days of the wireless.
More copies of the book have been printed since all 25 original copies sold out in less than two hours at Overbury Street Market. It is currently on sale at Evesham Book Centre, and should be available in Beacon Books, in Belle Vue Terrace, from September, at £12.
