A4E Educate is a teacher supply consultancy based in the West Midlands.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, its dedicated professional consultants provide a first class service to both schools and teachers alike.

A4e Educate provides primary, secondary and special needs teachers, nursery nurses and classroom assistants throughout Worcestershire and the West Midlands.

All its teachers are of the highest calibre and go through the required stringent checks before being deployed to schools. The checks are in line with those established by the Quality Mark, meaning that up-to-date CRBs list 99 checks and five year's of references are completed on every teacher.

A4e obtained the Quality Mark in June 2006. It is given to educational recruitment consultancies that have been audited by the Dfes-Department for Educational and Skills-to ensure best practice.

The company is passionate about offering the best level of services that are totally unrivalled by competitors. With this in mind, schools can expect to receive a dedicated consultant who understands the needs and requirements.

A4e runs four nationwide life academies that exist for 14-16 year olds who, for whatever reason, are struggling with school and the national curriculum. Essentially it's a place where they can get their education back on track, through alternative, individual-focused teaching methods. This enables a school to reduce its exclusion rates and helps to make the pupils more employable once they leave an educational environment. The academies are based in Birmingham, Devon, Leeds and Grimsby and further academies will be opening in the near future.

Teachers are able to chat either by e-mail, telephone or in person at anytime to their dedicated consultant. A4e tries to place every teacher in the school that is right for them, that is why a face-to-face interview is so important. The company likes to get to know its teachers and nursery nurses and have occasional get-togethers, in addition to their teacher seminars.

A4e really does believe that together it can make a difference.

The firm's motto is "Improving people's lives". That includes life as a teacher and those of the pupils and staff in the schools A4e work with.

The company ensures its teachers are paid regularly. It listens to any problems and enjoys hearing about successes.
