WORCESTER law firm Harrison Clark has just secured a multi-million pound deal for Worcester Community Housing in the purchase of Progress House in the city.
The deal, which sees Worcester Community Housing move to prestigious modern premises on Midland Road, was completed recently over a three-month period. Worcester Community Housing already moved to this new site at the end of September.
"Although it had taken WCH a long two years to find suitable new freehold premises in the city, we nethertheless had to complete the transactiion in a brief timescale," said Cindy Bexfield, a partner at Harrison Clark. "We needed to restructure occupation of the site to include accommodation of the Learning and Skills Council, which is based there."
Stuart Mountfield, chief executive of WCH, said: "Purchasing Progress House was a major acquisition for us and we were absolutely delighted with the professional service received from Cindy Bexfield and her team."
