Harriett Baldwin, the Conservative parliamentary candidate for West Worcestershire, was quizzed about World Aids Day when she chatted to girls at Malvern St James.
During her visit Ms Baldwin met with girls from the sixth form who attended the Stop Aids conference earlier this year. The girls showed Ms Baldwin part of a DVD about the HIV/Aids pandemic in Africa and the need for anti-retroviral drugs.
They also presented Ms Baldwin with a series of questions in relation to the global commitment to invest in developing health systems and making essential medicines affordable to all. Malvern St James held a fundraising event on World Aids Day, December 1, with cash raised going to the Stop Aids campaign.
