LAST week's writer about Droitwich Waitrose need not worry that the building clashes with surroundings for long.
This week outline planning permission was applied for to build 55 luxury waterside apartments and an office complex on the old Saab garage site opposite.
It is old Droitwich Spa which will clash with a mini Canary Wharf and cloned Millennium Dome.
Councillor Pam Davey's photo appears regularly in the press credited as architect of Wychavon's canal development plan. So we must thank Wychavon 'Destruct' Council's new chairwoman for building more unwanted flats in our Spa, even if we do not have one extra yard of canals restored!
