WORCESTER-based development and investment group Maximus has restructured and appointed 32-year-old Paul Jones as managing director.
Mr Jones, of Droitwich, joined the group two years ago after spending nine years in the investment departments of property consultants in Birmingham. He was also one of Insignia Richard Ellis' youngest directors in the UK.
Maximus has also appointed Lee Turner, aged 32, of Halesowen, as its new finance director. Mr Turner formerly managed Meriden Corporate Finance where he advised on a range of property based clients.
Maximus last year acquired a 2.5 acres site in Wildwood Way, Worcester, adjacent to County Hall, and is seeking detailed consent for a 40,000 sq ft office development.
