I AM writing to thank all the staff who were involved when my husband recently needed emergency treatment on his eyes. He was swiftly referred to the new Worcester Royal Hospital via Joan Royds and Dr McCracken and the ophthalmology department was kept running late for us on the Friday evening. All first class service, just when needed, from our wonderful NHS.
