THE meeting on May 10 saw Pat Batley and Ann Price as dual presenters of 'A Magical May Day'.
These two ladies, each wearing an orchid corsage, were making a welcome return visit to us, and they had brought along for their arrangements a selection of splendid choice blooms. These displays were later raffled. The flower of the month was judged to be Ruth Bottomley's tulip.
The competition for a maypole arrangement was won by Mabel Tansell, with her beautifully-crafted entry.
Our meeting this month takes place on Tuesday, June 14 at 7pm at The Tithe Barn, Chaddesley Corbett, home of Judy Berrow, for a tour of her garden and afterwards for supper at The Talbot Inn.
We are always happy to welcome guests to our meetings, which are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm in Wychbold Village Hall.
