MAVIS Morrissey and Kath Oakley led the discussions on the resolutions, which were passed unanimously.
Mrs Oakley asked members to donate items for sales tables and a raffle at the strawberry tea, to raise money for Acorns. Yvonne O'Shaunessey's photograph has been accepted for next year's calendar.
The forest group, led by Margaret Johnson, is planning various activities, and she would like members to express their feeling on a forest group carol service to be held in a local church.
Coming events include a walk on Clent Hills on June 30, fashion show and supper with Notty Hornblower at Chaddesley Corbett on July 21, a Broadway town walk with the Science Club on July 26, and the autumn council meeting at Stourport Civic Centre, on October 25.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday, June 15 in the Memorial Park community centre at 10am, with Jo-Ann Gloger saying "There's more to a needle than meets the eye".
