THE continued success of Alcester-based Helping Hands Homecare has seen the appointment of six new managers, including two new specialist roles and the purchase of new premises next to its head office in Church Street.
Its highly-developed training division has also resulted in the creation of a new company "Training Matters" to deliver specialist training to its growing workforce of carers.
The company now employs more than 300 people throughout Warwickshire and Worcestershire, with 25 staff based centrally in Alcester.
New appointments include Tina Dhaliwal as quality compliance manager and Lindsey Edgehill as marketing manager.
Company director Tim Lee said: "These new appointments and the development of 'Training Matters' demonstrate our commitment to providing the highest possible quality of care through highly trained and dedicated staff. The new premises will allow us scope to improve our training facilities and accommodate our central management team."
The expansion has also allowed experienced carers to bring their skills into head office with new roles created for Julie Mills and Kylie Baker. Other new starters include Phillipa Croombes, Nicola Duggins and Sandra Nichols.
Helping Hands provides round-the-clock live-in carers as well as hourly care to those who need support within their own homes in Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire. For more details, call 01789 762121 or go to www.helpinghands4you.com
