WHY have car-parking charges gone up in Bromsgrove where there's hardly any decent shops to go to. Get rid of some of the card shops and phone shops - we do not need them all, it's so dull and boring. We need a decent shopping centre like touchwood in Solihull or Kingfisher in Redditch. Bromsgrove has nothing to offer. It's dead, bring it back to life and update it.
