KIDDERMINSTER angler Russell Keen landed two carp to 21l on floating carp pellets on the Erics coarse lake at Shatterford fishery.
Other anglers on the same venue caught two carp to 20lb 40z on boilies, eight carp to 17lb 8oz on floating trout pellets and a 38lb 8oz catfish on meat.
On the Gainsborough Lake, one angler caught a 35lb 2oz mirror carp on meaty bites, while a duo from Loughborough took six carp between them to 18lb, followed by a 27lb catfish, caught on boilies.
The Stuarts is producing good bags of bream, plus carp to 16lb and catfish to 19lb, caught on meat and worms.
On the trout scene, one catch with a buzzer from the Stella comprised four trout to 2lb.
A Bromsgrove angler landed five trout to 2lb on the Wyre Dell, including a 3lb brown, caught on a damsel fly.
Another angler took three trout to 2lb 8oz on a hawthorn.
Shatterford fish farm has been registered with CEFAS as a fish breeding facility. Tests are finished on the new strain of carp, and the breeding programme of the Shatterford Ridgeback carp has shown growth rates beyond that of other carp.
There are also koi and tench in the breeding facility.
