A teenager accused of threatening to kill his father and burn his house down has been sent for trial by jury. Oliver Higgins aged 18, of Batan Farm, Packhorse Lane, Wythall, denied making a death threat against Brian Higgins and threatening to sprinkle petrol on the kitchen floor and dining room carpet. He also pleaded not guilty to damaging two windows and two car tyres belonging to his father. Recorder John Maxwell, sitting at Worcester Crown Court, remanded Higgins in custody.
