Worcester Bosch has raised £40,000 for the Acorns Children's Trust to help it build a new city hospice for life-limited youngsters.
The company arranged a number of fund-raising events, including taking part in the gruelling Three Peaks Challenge - climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Mount Snowdon in 24 hours.
Other events included an 'It's a Knockout'-style game show, open days and raffles.
"It is fantastic to see so many of our employees volunteer their time and services outside work to help such a worthwhile cause," said Worcester Bosch marketing services manager, Paul Moult.
"We elected Acorns because of the fantastic work it does in Hereford and Worcester for children with incurable illnesses."
The new hospice, being built on Bath Road, will have 10 bedrooms, a dedicated adolescent unit and facilities for younger children.
