A RUSHALL cottage is on the market with two very friendly kune-kune pigs thrown in as optional extras.
Oriel Billingham, of Spring Hollow, plans to move to a smaller home and says she cannot take Brownie and Blacky with her.
Mrs Billingham added: "These are not for eating. I don't want that to be their fate. They are pets, and my little girls.
"I've had them for two years, and I will miss them. But they are used to being here and where I am going won't have a big enough garden.
"They are like dogs, in that they like being fed tit-bits and being scratched. They also like hosepipe showers."
Mrs Billingham agreed that it was unusual for a house to be sold with pigs thrown in, but she added: "It's not compulsory.
"I have two or three people who would be happy to take them on, if the buyers of the house don't want them."
Spring Hollow, a black and white property, is on the market for £395,000, a price that includes a garden and paddock, for a combined area of around two acres.
Ledbury estate agent, John Goodwin said: "Apparently, they are very efficient at munching the grass on the paddock!"
