IS there anyone who can tell me how I can get rid of my garden rubbish?
A) I haven't got a car. B) I cannot use a compost bin (to heavy). C) I cannot afford to pay £17.50 to buy 10 bags from the council. I am sure I am not the only person with this problem, as there are bags of garden waste left on the sides of roads all over the town.
