ROSS Bendall, of Kidderminster, has been appointed to head up the office agency of a property company in Birmingham.
The 43-year-old has also been made a director of Lambert Smith Hampton.
He worked on some of Birmingham's largest office lettings in his previous job, at CBRE and its predecessor, Insignia Richard Ellis.
Among lettings he has been involved in are 400,000 sq ft at Brindleyplace to The Royal Bank of Scotland.
