A 68-year-old man is due to face trial by jury on a charge of breaking into a Stourport house armed with a chisel.
John Jones, of Vawdrey Close, Stourport, denied aggravated burglary in Watery Road, Stourport, with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm on Patricia Chance and having a chisel as a weapon.
