Crib League
MONDAY night's presentation evening at Evesham Hospital Social Club was honoured by the presence of two special guests - the Mayor of Evesham Mrs Frances Smith, accompanied by her Husband John Smith, and Bill Harris.
The Mayor had kindly agreed to present the trophies this year, and the league's vice-president had been asked especially to present the trophy he donated in 1971 for the best league Secretary score.
Around 100 players were in attendance and they contributed generously towards the raffle that raised £120 for league funds.
