FOLLOWING the huge success of the Sunday fixtures in 2004, Stratford Racecourse will be racing again on Sunday, June 5.
The first of the six National Hunt races starts at 2.20pm - a Novices' Steeple Chase over two miles and four furlongs generously sponsored by Avon Estates with £10,000 prize money on offer.
The feature race of the afternoon is the Omar Homes Handicap Hurdle Race run over three miles and 3 furlongs for the Charles Lea Memorial Trophy and £10,000 prize money.
The last race gets under starter's at 4.50pm and is the Avon Estates Maiden Open National Hunt Flat Race run over two miles and half a furlong with £5,000 prize money on offer.
Admission prices are Club £16, Tattersalls £12 and Centre course/picnic area £6. Accompanied children under 16 are admitted free to all enclosures.
